  • Refactored the legacy listing flow end to end, rebuilding the experience hosts use to put their cars on the market.

  • Delivered the functionality behind expansion into New York and Australia, adapting the experience to each market with product and design.
  • Introduced React Hook Form and Motion across 30+ web engineers, and drove Jest/RTL testing, performance and accessibility practice in the web codebase.

  • Started the Cypress end-to-end suite the codebase was missing, then managed a QA team in Vietnam to run it — far less manual QA, confident CI/CD deploys.
